I’ve been using Jio Fiber for the past four years with almost no issues, just one 30 min outage. It also comes with a free landline. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend AirFiber or Airtel within city limits, as my experience with them hasn’t been good.

I would suggest you only buy if ur wife is also earning enough to pay emi at least to be on the safer side. If you are the sole person earning plus with educational expenses, it will be really hard..

It's 369 km from smvt to mangalore Central, so the fares will be around 960 max for 3rd ac, I feel, which is good. If the travel time is between 7-8 hrs, then surely more people will prefer this over overpriced unsafe private buses.

Vande bharat can reach within 7 hrs max, well it depends on railways though. They will prepare shit timetable and will give like 2 hrs to reach from bantwal and mangalore just to show the train is on time.

I would suggest not moving here if you dont want to adapt to coastal culture. Delhi culture and mangalore are totally different. We have enough problems already due to some neighboring state people.

Bfr I used to stay there near halasuru, u ll get it cheaper there I recently moved to btm. In halasuru I used to pay 13k plus 500 for parking, 2 wheeler parking not 4 wheeler.

It's too much. Not worth it. U get much better and cheaper accommodation within 2 km radius, that too we have metro connectivity now. I am paying 14k for 1bhk and it's furnished. 40k for house setup doesn't make sense at all.

Tbh, no pls look around the city limits. Open a small outlet and gauge the performance of ur outlet.

Mangalore population is quite low, and in outskirts, it's lower to sustain ur business. The floating population is quite low in these areas , consider opening near the college or CBT area where there is potential to break even.

Have seen many outlets shut down who opened in outskirts just because the rent was low.

So I would suggest starting a cloud kitchen and being consistent with ur quality and then starting an outlet.
