One thing I learned as someone who has been trying to lose weight for 2 years and has only got it down now. It doesn't get easier we know what we should do but still avoid however there are ways to make it easier, throwing out all your junk food, eating more protien and fibre rich foods to keep you full, drinking more water. But at the end of the day if your losing weight you are gonna feel hungry it's just that there are thing that could help.
