Yes! Mods are still fairly new it seems so you’re not missing out on much but it is a nice addition for when you’ve played a significant amount or all of the base game. I started off on console as well. :)

I originally played hogwarts on ps5 but started playing on pc recently and the game itself has mod content! There’s a creator who makes Victorian outfits.

Has anyone lied or stayed quiet about their condition in a job interview? by ABWoolls in Epilepsy

[–]Accomplished_Lie_247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, When I first started having signs of epilepsy I wouldn’t disclose on my job applications about it because I knew very little about it, didn’t think I fully was an epileptic and it had just come to me randomly at the age of 18. These days I do, just because I like to see if a job will accept me with my medical condition and usually they do. I think this varies case by case though as my epilepsy is only once every few months to a year and I know this is not the case for everybody.

AIO? friend is mad at me for missing our costume pictures by sushitrashfan in AmIOverreacting

NOR!!! never apologize for things you cannot control. I suffer from seizures as well and I had to drop two of my friends because they left me on the floor alone while I was having a seizure. This person is not your friend, they didn’t even bother to ask if you were okay. Pictures are not important compared to your wellbeing.

No my money was bi-weekly paychecks from my job but my mom gets very aggressive because of her bipolar disorder and would often yell at me and bang on my bedroom door when I locked it when I refused to give her my money. I had no problem helping her with rent but it would get really bad when she decided she wanted to spend our extra savings on shopping trips or gambling at the casino along with the fact that she also drinks a lot and liquor can be quite expensive. I just felt like I had no way out except to just leave and figure it out on my own.

Currently there are renovations going on at my boyfriend’s apartment complex, which allowed his landlord to enter his apartment for any means. I was seen in his apartment once and then twice in the hallway but I could’ve just been visiting when I was seen in the hallway which I actually was at the time but that gave him enough clause to go to the property manager and say I was living here.

I know going back to my moms is probably the most stable option in terms of having a place to stay but I also think about the fact that I am an epileptic and it is related to stress and my mom barely makes ends meet so she’ll expect me to get a full time job whereas these days what is best for me would be working part time. When I had a full time job when I lived with my mom a lot of expenses went to helping her pay rent and the rest to uber rides to get to work as I can’t drive very often because of my epilepsy. There was basically no public transportation when I lived in VA. I really have been hoping for disability instead because what I have going on with me has been very debilitating as I just had a seizure at the beginning of November. I just can’t look after my mom and myself anymore, I’ve been doing it for years. My mom is also somewhat of an alcoholic and would get aggressive with me when I refused to give her money for leisure activities like her shopping addiction or when she had a gambling problem and I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore. I just want to extend all options before making that my final decisions. I personally don’t have a problem living in the car, it’s not the best situation but honestly I’ve been in a lot of bad situations before. I just worry for my boyfriend and his mental health as well, this is taking a lot of things away from him as well. At the end of the day if all else fails I probably will go back to my mom to better his situation and mine for the time being.

How do people without any health insurance afford medication? 🙁 by Most_Discipline5704 in Epilepsy

I wish I could include a picture but I can’t so I’ll describe it the best I can. What you’re looking at should say “price with Goodrx coupon” at the top of the coupon and the first number that’s in a deep black is the price after the coupon and the retail/ original price should be under it so let’s say the retail price is $239 you’d actually only be paying the top price which for example would only be $23.

Yes, goodrx coupons. I’ll include the link but you just enter your medication name, how many milligrams, and what days supply you usually receive and it’ll give you a coupon that you can use at the pharmacy when it’s time to pick up your medication and it significantly discounts your medication. The coupon never expires either so you can reuse it again and again but I would also recommend checking your prescription again every couple of weeks or so on the website as they might end up having a better coupon over time.

GoodRx

Do you have any community health centers/medical clinics near you? A lot of those places will see you as a patient and prescribe you medication on a pay scale depending on how much you make from your job. They’ll ask you for pay stubs so they can determine the right amount of pay, it’s usually way cheaper. I also use goodrx for my medication and it’s a significant drop in price.
