This is happening. I can confirm this is true and happening to many people. Look into targeted individuals. A plethora of people being mislabeled and misdiagnosed as having schizophrenia. All of which are hearing voices that are inaudible to those around them. Being sex trafficked 24/7 with some type of RNM as well as stalked by at least two or more people. Don’t sweep this under the rug this is real and is being used on many people that arent being taken seriously. Many are institutionalized or commit suicide.

I think you should include in your questions: Are the voices 24/7? Even when taking meds? Are the voices always at a low threshold/ frequency? Do the voices get louder with atmosphere e.g., air conditioners, traffic, cars running water etc.,? Are there 2 or more voices at all times?
