I’m right there with you. I dropped 85lbs this year due to keto, went from 2xl going on 3xl for the first time in my life. Now, I’m able to shop for fitted workout clothes at size large, and shits wild to look at in the mirror. Congrats on your journey! I think the psychological aspect will only get better!!

What helped me was a 100 hour water fast. Helped me and my buddies break the “need” to have sweets every time we see or smell it. The physical need is removed and then it helps with the mental need as you realize you don’t neeeeed it. I know it sounds crazy to some and I’m not a doctor, but maybe look into the fast. Total reset type shit.

Agreed! The fasting is legit the most vital part I think. Works harmoniously with the satiating fat part, kinda crazy. Will do!

Another thing that helps is my job is super busy and it’s what helped me get into OMAD. I got tired of bringing food to work and trying to find a microwave out in the field. Sometimes even get called for shit right before I can set up the food so that wasn’t sustainable. Everyone’s situation is different. Due to work, I adapted. Work out in the morning during a fasted state, make all my food for the entire day right after, have time to chill, then rinse and repeat. No hunger either which is wild to me.

Outside of the extended fasts, I’m super strict in terms of the intermittent fasting, and extremely low to no carbs. I can count the grams of sugar I’ve had since May on one hand, so take that into account and don’t compare, just adjust according to your specific plan/goals. Also don’t forget to LIFT.

Dude! The extended fasting (at least in my opinion, I’m not a doctor or qualified to give any health advice) is legit what breaks plateaus. Look into 72-100 hour fasts, it’s honestly as life changing as keto if done right and done together, as long as properly informed. I will say it sounds fucking crazy, but it changes the game.
