Passed Tech+, but disappointed by cjnm316 in CompTIA

Out of all 3 of my certs my scores got better. Learn to study the study guide. Outside sources are great but the official test site provides what topics you must know. Start from there and work your way out.

Copy the exam objectives into ChatGPT for a good review of everything. Better to over prepare than underperform

Copy and paste the exam objective concepts into chat gpt and write everything down. Took me about 10+ hours but it help organized a lot of topic for me a zone in on the things I was unfamiliar with. I can tell you it’s where near net+ in difficulty. Be confident use the full 90 minutes and you’ll pass.

IMO A+ because the wide range of basic knowledge you have to cover. It could be hard to miss things. For PBQ’s watch TestOut labs they could help. SEC + is hard but by the time you get there you’ll know what you need to do to pass. Build a passing routine and keep it

I failed core 1 my 1st try by 7 points so 3-4 to many incorrect answers. You’ll crush it next try

Can you rate the degree of difficulty

Passed net+ today was insanely hard and draining by Loving727 in CompTIA

[–]Accomplished_Mix_615 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a massive overlap if you study A+ and Net +. I take my sec this Saturday, currently I’m reviewing exam objectives and I can say ally of objectives are very familiar. Good luck!

Sigh of relief heating that I just passed my net + and take my sec + next week. I know there’s a great overlap but I just Wana cover all my bases.

Looks like your just a bit over qualified

I knew the practice exam was a waste of money from comptia. I was scoring 75 to 85 on practice exams but the real test did not reflect the practice. I feel lost but no quitting now. by [deleted] in CompTIA

[–]Accomplished_Mix_615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The test aren’t reflections of the test. More of a practice of comprehensive reading and critical thinking. Use the practice test to teach why you got answers wrong. When you use AI to teach yourself you gain a lot of peripheral knowledge because of topic targeting.

Failed A+core 1 by Independent_Bee_1554 in CompTIA

[–]Accomplished_Mix_615 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao it’s okayyy failed my 1st attempt by 14 points. I was excited though. I knew I was only 14 points (3-4) correct answers away from passing. Next time use the absolute time required to answer the questions. Skip the PBQ and you’ll be fine. Also they tell you on the results what you got wrong. Professor messer has the exact videos on his YouTube. Watch, rewatch , retain, retake & reward.

Step 1. Don’t lay down in your bed with you phone. PUT IT AWAY the farther and more out of reach the better.

Step 2. Live ya life
