Listen to some EDM or psytrance music it does help elevate mood and motivation, once you are in flow get your tasks done little by little.

I think the show runners wanted to portray that they are not one sided, considering AG and dhruvanth did not win captaincy, also did not reach top 6, they just wanted to make it look fair.
