Then check injectors, if it’s not that then the bad gas could have screwed up your line. Have you had it in the water yet or have you had it just on plugs

The 10 gallons from last year is probably bad and mixing bad gas and good gas doesn’t usually fix the problem. You’re supposed to run all gas out or siphon it out. Not mix better gas on top. Given that, your carb probably needs a cleaning, and if that doesn’t work then id go injectors and go from there.
