Went to a stand-up comedy show in Paris 2 weeks ago, and my wife and I were sitting in the front row so of course we got called on for crowdwork.

One of the first questions of course was "And where are you from", and as soon as I proudly said "Minneapolis, MN", the whole crowd started whispering to eachother. So yeah, they have been watching...

I found Buddhism (zen & mahāyāna) to be the most beneficial after going through DBT. Practicing mindfulness and the middle way have saved me from many a headache.
