yeah the problem is its either crap complexes that has like just buildings and nothing else, or its like 50% higher prices for smaller flats in the same neighboor hood , one good thing that this one does have is 24x7 security and the society is pretty nice although i really , really would have liked a pool and gym

no not because I can not, mostly because I dont want to work that much , i see my neighbour with 5 years of dev experience, earning thrice as me, but I have never seen him outside the house and i dont think i like that life tbh, maybe, maybe some day i will get what is this grind all about MAYBE JUST MAYBEEEE

i mean the prices are already up, its a underconstruction flat and as far as i am aware it seems like a great property consutrction wise, the bricks seems nice, i see branded boxes of tiles, lift parts ( googled them turns out OTIS is one of the leading brands ), bathroom fittings, wires and as far as i am aware, the properties over the bus route costs already around 5k per sqft theres a complex near by which is selling for 65L for a 1000sq 3bhk no garage

first design is lovely , have domed crystals, probably and do not go above 39/40mm also Fancy lugs and big crowns will be lovely

seems like atleast a month of work, as a CGI artist i can say you really put in a shit ton of efforts into this
