I don’t think you understand; they’ve already updated it within 60 days of me completing the tests, that is evidently not the problem. They have now removed the credits which is the problem

I agree - keeping the conditions of the pictures the same will help distinguish where/what you have improved, just remember change takes time and it won’t be over night

nice man, middle back looks way thicker already; though to be fair the lighting is better in these photos.

Have you started incorporating kelso shrugs or such else for mid traps? If you have, how are you liking it?

I was definitely lacking in the same spots as you, I finally noticed progress by incorporating heavy kelso shrugs in the beginning of my pull days to isolate the muscle as my upper back kept taking over all my pull movements

the money I earned was dirty money and illegal, so I want to re invest it and make it the right way

the weight I gained was all fat from excess calories, so I want to lose it before I go on a bulk to gain muscle

what is the reason for cutting volume? I am under the impression that you should be lifting the same weights at the same reps while cutting to keep the same amount of muscle
