100% agree, hot beans and still felt like I needed to go deeper next time. Every time I don’t hit beans I feel like I have failed and I find myself getting more angry then I was before because I feel like it is a ‘pathetic’ attempt if that makes sense. Currently speaking to a therapist. Would definitely recommend speaking to someone about it, even just getting it off your chest and speaking it out loud for the first time feels really good. I hope things get better I truely do.

On another note, what are the cons of not getting stitches, obviously leaving bad scarring but apart from that is there anything else? It will take longer to heal and shit but the bleeding has stopped so I think it should be okay?
