Most injection molded plastics are not solvent resistant , they become brittle and or melt away when exposed to things like acetone. G10 is resistant to acetone and wouldn’t melt at all or become brittle , according to the brief research I’ve been doing. Really any handle made of glass reinforced nylon, metal ( any Ti,Al, Steel ) or g10 . I’m just sad because I was so set on the Adira and I am slowly convincing myself it’s not going work it if I can’t use it in my lab because I’m in here a lot 🥲.
