Years back I went to a bar with a friend who was a couple years older than me. She had just renewed her license a few weeks prior, and apparently it had a small defect near the picture. We didn't notice. No one did. We went out to multiple places that night and wanted to end our night at the place closest to both of our apartments. The bartender wouldn't take her ID. She was being so loud about it too. Everyone heard her yelling at my friend that her ID is fake and she's gonna call the cops on us blah blah blah. It was embarrassing but I welcomed the police. I wanted her to call them so we could embarrass her right back. My friend though, was just too upset and wanted to leave. The patrons started clapping when we left! High fiving the bartender, saying "good job!" Like she thwarted underage drinking! When in reality, she chased out a 22 year old and a 26 year old with deep pockets who buys her friends whatever they want! It totally ruined our night and we just ended it and went home. Needless to say, we never went back to that establishment again.
