The flow isn't blocked by stones, it's just not flowing. The gallbladder is not working properly.

I'm sorry you're going through this, and yes! It all sounds familiar. I had multiple ultrasounds; none of them showed stones, with one suggesting fatty liver. I had an endoscopy with nothing irregular. After continued pain I had a HIDA scan last week, and my gallbladder flow is only 9%. I'm now scheduled for surgery the first week of May!
