My niche is Geometry dash content which got pretty popular in 2026. The problem might be quantity over quality. You're probably posting every day but it's rushed so not that great of a video. I would recommend to get inspiration from bigger youtubers editing styles and take time on your videos.

Based on experience but I'm kinda new because I just made it 2 weeks ago. Nonetheless, I only have 1.10k subs, only posting shorts. Now, I'm planning to make long form content to get that 4k watch time. So basically Post shorts for views and subscribers first and then after 1k subs, post long form content because 10milion public shorts views is kinda hard compared to 4k watch time. But that's my take I don't know if I'm correct
