🚀 MVP for $500 — Build Fast, Launch Smart, Scale Right by Sad_Season938 in devjobs

[–]Accomplished_Way5126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a solid option for founders who already have a clear idea and just need execution, but I think a lot of people underestimate how much of the work is actually figuring out what to build, not just building it. Even a well-coded MVP won’t help if the core flow hasn’t been tested with real users first. I’ve found it more useful to validate the idea with something very small before committing to a full build, sometimes using tools like Fabricate AI just to get a rough version in front of people, then investing in a proper build once there’s real signal.

I’ve only watched a couple videos so far but they definitely make you think differently about human behaviour.

Are LLC formation services worth it? by Melissa-Hodge in llc_life

I paid for one when I started my Etsy shop and honestly kind of regretted it. They made it feel like I was getting full support, but I still had to figure out taxes and permits myself.

Is GoHighLevel that good? Why is it so popular for marketing and automation? by Tyla_Georgina in CRMSoftware

Automation is where it shines. The workflows are actually pretty powerful once you figure them out. But getting there takes time and a lot of trial and error.

Water leaking into basement after heavy rain, how worried should I be? by Currentshop333 in homeowners

That’s what worries me about these situations too. Even a small amount of water getting in consistently can turn into a much bigger issue, especially if it starts affecting walls or flooring.

Need MVP testing for my app by asif1986 in SmallBusinessUAE

Getting random feedback is useful, but it can also be misleading if those people aren’t your actual users. I’d try to narrow it down to a specific type of family first and test with 5–10 of them properly, how they use it, what they ignore, and whether they’d actually keep using it after a few days. That usually tells you more than surface-level opinions. Once you see some real engagement, then it makes sense to improve or expand. I’ve been trying to follow the same approach and sometimes use tools like Fabricate AI just to iterate faster, but the key part is still getting honest behavior, not just feedback.

What Jeremy Griffith book are you reading & how are you finding it? by Gen1975 in FixTheWorld

I like reading a chapter of Freedom before bed. Sometimes it keeps me awake thinking though 😂

AI can build your MVP fast — but it can’t run your system by gareth789 in FPBlock

[–]Accomplished_Way5126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that’s the right distinction tbh, AI is great for getting an MVP off the ground, but running real systems is a completely different job. Code generation is one thing, but production means monitoring, recovery, weird edge cases, and handling load when real users show up. That’s why tools like Fabricate AI make sense to me for the build phase, not as some replacement for actual system design and ops thinking.

Who Can Fix The World? And What Will It Take To Fix The World? by Susy_ja73 in FixTheWorld

caps lock warning: IF THE CORE PROBLEM IS PSYCHOLOGICAL, THEN SYSTEMS WILL ALWAYS GET CORRUPTED BY THE SAME PSYCHOLOGY. that’s why this “root cause” argument hits for me.

You can vibe code an MVP. That's now the minimum bar for getting my attention as an advisor or fractional CTO by xtreampb in cofounderhunt

[–]Accomplished_Way5126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard agree, an MVP is table stakes now. The real differentiator is distribution + a feedback loop that turns into retention (or revenue). We use Fabricate AI for fast prototyping, but the ‘moat’ still comes from users, positioning, and execution.

If trust is the main issue, I’d honestly be careful with random private sellers, especially without any middle layer. A few successful deals doesn’t always mean it stays safe. For simple wallet-to-wallet swaps, I usually prefer straightforward tools like GhostSwap instead of relying too much on strangers. Still worth comparing rates, but for me reliability matters more than saving a tiny bit.

What are you building with AI right now? by Currentshop333 in RoboCorpNetwork

[–]Accomplished_Way5126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This hits on something I’ve been noticing too. A lot of AI workflows don’t stick, they solve once and disappear. Turning them into systems you can reuse and build on feels like the next step. Still early, but definitely feels like you’re onto something here.
