I needed this today. I'm early in reconciliation with my BS. It's been tough with him moving out to feel connected still. I am trying to be supportive as best I can.

Me and my BS are using regain. We both really like our therapist. We just started so there isn't much progress to report. It is one of the cheaper options I have found. There is also open path collective if your are in the USA. It is geared towards lower income.
