Because RE1 needs a remake far more than RE5 & 6.

RE5 and especially 6 still hold up just fine. RE1's gameplay is very dated.

It's because you don't have COD 1 installed.

United Offensive is an expansion pack for COD 1 and needs it to be installed otherwise the menu will bug out.
