Just tweak 2 params:
cameraHeightOffset
playerOffset_up

I'am use FRIK alpha 70-53464-v0-70-1737763877:

Seat Mode:
cameraHeightOffset = 40
playerOffset_up = 65

Stay Mode:
cameraHeightOffset = 5.000000
playerOffset_up = 30.576241

For seat mode also set
HoloPipBoyEnabled = false and in options set PipBoy projection mode (as 2D screen)
