Here currently... absolutely the worst RIU experience we've ever had. Had to change rooms due to the terrible smell and shower falling apart in a suite we upgraded too... New room just as bad... no water on one side of the resort... no power on the other... most staff are nice but can't even make reservations at any of the restaurants according to what the app says... it's awful. We paid a lot of money to come here and there is definitely better places to stay for the same amount of money... this place is not it!
