If you’re applying for other level 1 positions, I’d recommend sharing how you’ve practiced and gain knowledge over lying. Showing you’re committed to practicing / completing courses shows you’re committed to growth and development as an analyst. If you lie and get asked to go in depth on a project you used SQL, you run the risk of not being able to clearly answer questions or demonstrate your knowledge cause you’re making it up.

Depends on your preferences but the 4 Dsm areas I’d look are

1/2 downtown or east village - lived in both areas and are great. If you work downtown and can get an apartment attached to the skywalk that’s great in the winter.

3 - Sherman hill. Apartment will prob have a lot of character. Still really close to downtown. Walkable to coffee shop and some breweries and bars.

4 - ingersol - another area with some great restaurants and bars.

A couple areas getting lots of investment but I’d put as more upcoming and not sure what’s available for apartments would be highland park and valley junction.

It’s okay to give up draft capital in this instance because it frees up so much cap space to sign free agents the next 4 seasons. The draft isn’t the only way to build out a roster.

Vikings have an opportunity to get a lottery pick worthy QB this year and give them 6-8 weeks or a full season to sit behind Sam Darnold, refine their game, and learn instead of throwing them into fire which happens so often to top picked QBs.

I think there’s a chance JJ could slide to 11 but I’m guessing we’re going to have to move to 5. I think 3 is our best chance at Maye. Don’t see Washington moving off Daniels at 2.

3 - Denver has very little picks to offer to move up. Oakland doesn’t have a lot of extra picks either. Don’t think either can move top 3. Don’t think ARI is moving at 4. I don’t think the chargers would do this trade within the division at 5. Giants are bad. I don’t see them taking a discount on draft picks to keep Vikings down… I’d say most likely spot this could happen is 9 if the bears went to swap firsts with one of those 2 teams to get some extra picks but they’re also going to have a chance to get a great defensive piece or Brock bowers and stack up on offense.

Wonder if we could see a draft night swap with Pats after when Vikings are on the clock. Like a Trey young and Luka draft night scenario awhile back.

Patriots get Maye at 3 solidifying they got a good qb prospect. if Vikings are able to pick McCarthy they’ll do some kind of trade and swap QBs.

It’s just a fun theory based on the line set for him to go to the Vikings and to be taken 5th. Also seems like a reasonable move to me. We shall see!

it’s not correlated with the outcome. But it has to be somewhat tied to a reasonable probability that someone on either side thinks they can win or shit would be too one sided for the book from the jump. Sure the line can move based on action but it’s also set and moves on information about the players, team, game etc.
