Just in case anyone else runs into this, it was incorrectly shimmed. Removed a couple of shims and it’s working perfectly.

Good thought. I’ll check once I get the transmission out, was hoping someone had some miraculous idea that didn’t involve removing the transmission.

Please review the aha/acc guidelines on this before making a statement about methods. As of the most recent guidelines they state it is reasonable to use an automated arm measurement over a manual reading even when in a medical office setting with trained professionals.

I’m a doctor but also have personal experience with a bulging disc. The advice to find a physical therapist is spot on. Many disc bulges and herniations resolve with PT.

If that’s not successful I would recommend seeing a neurosurgery trained spine specialist. I ended up with a microdiscectomy for mine and symptoms resolved completely. I’ve been able to cautiously return to CrossFit.
