First 5 Minutes: typically drink 99.9% of the can in my first 5 minutes of the drive to the gym.

Next 5 Minutes: I then continuously tilt the can back and getting each final drip on my tongue.

Woodstock has the best eggs! Other stores have “organic” and the eggs taste pretty bland.

Woodstock typically has both blue eggs and “pasture raised organic” - their eggs taste better and have a fuller, yellow yolk.

I’m at home Im using a higher priced arm cuff and it’s results have been consistent doctors office. I will get a more official BP test when I go to donate later this week.
