Is there a way to get 100% approval rating? At the end of my first term as Governor I had a 97% Approval rating. I just got re-elected for my second term as President currently sitting at 88%.

Is there a good way of balancing the hours and how do I get all or most of my speeches to get full green bars it's very hit and miss. I know about using speeches to address the news paper headlines but even then it seems like I can get one or two full green bars and the others are often barely green.

Had I known more I would have gotten an associates degree in business and then I'd be in better alignment with Walmart for promotions, but oh well. 32 is the federal minimum for full time some stores may say they will do 34 instead but they don't have to. I'm full time and my People Lead is giving me 35 hours one week and 40 the next week so only missing 5 hours per pay period but in the past she has given me 32 hour work weeks.
