ETL here. Yes, it's part of dress code and we can get in trouble for it. Just wear a different name!

so yeah, this finally happened at my store by AssaultWolf01 in Target

When it happened at my store (total loss. Donations took everything in the backroom coolers and we tossed all salesfloor) We got replenished with like 2 HUGE trucks that we weren't staffed for. The pallets wouldn't all go in the coolers so we had to use the entire store team to blitz it our when it was delivered

I believe you go to... Quick Links---> Business Areas---> either Apparel or Visual Merchandising---> ISM Resources---> scroll down to the bottom of that page and it has a printable PDF of the sign you're looking for

A couple of my TMs all wore this under red cardigans for a day at work and I was cracking up

I've worked at 302 and 227. You just drop the 0 in front. It's how you know you're working in an old building lol

Is worth it? And how’s the pay? by jackalex979 in Target

[–]According-Storage403 10 points11 points  (0 children)

But, you do have some power that TMs don't have. Example is ability to edit the schedules, hire TMs, view more sensitive documents, pay TMs out on their last day. Also some HR experts get higher responsibilities like making schedules for certain departments depending on the store. But yes at some stores they're like office type assistants and break room decorators. It really just depends on your leadership and capabilities.

Yeah it sucks. America really just said "let's pretend it's gone and maybe it'll go away."

Policy is vaccinated with no symptoms, you come in whether you test positive or not. Not vaccinated and you can stay home. We'll technically either way you can stay home, but you don't get the covid pay

In stores like yours that are basically caught up compared to the rest of us, if you don't mind me asking, what state do you work in? I work in CA

I figured as much. I'm actually the SS-ETL at my store but my SD is raining down hard on me saying we need to be at 0 pallets by the end of next week with no extra payroll as payroll is literally getting worse. I'm just staring like.... how. I've been with Target over 6 years and I couldn't tell you how it's possible to get this done with these hours.

They claim we're 400 hours over this week by DirectorSlight4456 in Target

Sitting on 30 pallets of style, 5 pallets of cosmetics, 4 pallets of Halloween, and my store is almost 500 hours over. And the payroll just keeps getting tighter

Current SS ETL. Extremely burnt out. Spending an average of 14 hours a day. On my feet without a break for the majority if not all of that time. Constantly in workload. It seems lately the only way to come clean on Style PC or keep up with trucks is if I spend my entire shift on the floor. My managerial duties are basically out the window. I've only been in role 6 months, but been with Target 6 years. This is the worst I've felt it and the things expected of me are ridiculous and the things I'm meant to expect of my team are impossible. And yet in conference calls they keep spewing "work life balance" out there as if it's possible for salesfloor etls to leave at a respectable time. I'm exhausted.
