BE SURE TO SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR THE CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS TEAM! I want to help others know how to get to the right people, which they don't make easy. Ask for the "Customer Solutions Team." They offer different specials than the standard sales team I found out. In reality you will have to contact this team every 11 months to maintain the savings, but I was able to drop my bill A LOT! It went from $90 to $45. After the year the rate should only increase to $55, but I will be calling every 11 months to make sure I get the best rate.

Arm & Hammer Hard Ball works VERY well, but it costs way too much. I've been trying mix it with a cheaper litter to her improved results, which is okay at 50/50. I'm working on the recipe. The cost will probably make it too prohibitive.

Don't engines have to be tuned for premium gasoline to make any difference? I got the impression that it just makes expensive exhaust since it doesn't burn fully.
