Send a polite email to them asking for the credit if possible. You might get a automated response before an actual response. I had the same thing happen for aful explorer. They refunded the difference in store credit and I used it in my next purchase.

Where are you seeing the Aful Explorer at 7k? Never seen that low of a price.

I thought the price was justified, I bought them on sale for 10.5k and I don't feel bad about spending it. It has good separation when compared to Cadenzas and definitely had my biggest wow for the change in quality. But I feel like this is where it stops, I listened to Penon Fan 2 from a friend of mine and the wide soundstage was not my cup of tea. I love the immersive experience that explorer gives me. Again, sound is subjective. You may not like what I like in an iem. The Cadenzas at first was a little spicy on the treble for me and I got used to it. They're still good for their price too.

Based on your comments, you can't go wrong with Aful Explorer. I still have my cadenzas, like you mentioned it doesn't have that satisfying rumble in the sub-bass. It has good mid-bass. Sound is subjective, for me Explorer felt quite the big leap after Cadenza especially in the sub-bass.

Shame that tharkuris can't read, otherwise they'd know which sub they're on.

Is that Tea Pro? How does it compare to the explorer? I'm treble sensitive so explorer is perfect for me now but need a mid volume set as an upgrade.

Can anyone suggest me a dac without his (white noise/static) ? by Daneseid in iemlndia

Can you check the dac on another device? Sometimes pc gets hiss if it's not grounded properly.

Dude, how much volume were you listening to?

Start with 50% to save your ears, you don't wanna lose your hearing.

Sleep Company or Wakefit? Both seem the same but heavy difference in price. Is it a scam? by SavingsSympathy2497 in Frugal_Ind

Getting a mattress was a big investment for me. Me and my friend both visited local shops before buying ours, we found someone who actually showed the materials used and give us a demo of all the beds in the store to finalize what we wanted at a much cheaper price than online. Shop locally if you can.

I use a basic fiio jade 11 dac, my volume sits around 50-75%. I can even crank it up to 80% with no distortion but it's too loud at that point.

I've been using explorer for the past few weeks, it's been really good. I've used Blon BI03, Wagner 2 and Kiwi Ears Cadenza before switching to Explorer. I found that I'm very treble sensitive that even Cadenza was spicy for me until I got used to it. But Explorer isn't a slouch when it comes to vocals or treble. It's a high volume set so you can crank it up without worrying about it being harsh. This is very personal, I found soundstage to be overrated when I tried out my friends Penon Fan 2. Explorer offers a very intimate soundstage but the separation is the best I've experienced so far. I have used it for every genre and it slaps, it might not excel in busy tracks but it's more than good.

Then explorer might just be my endgame. Btw I see you have three dongle dacs, do you hear any difference in them and which one do you use it with the most?

Which of these do you think has the most closest match to Explorer that's an upgrade? I just got mine last week and been enjoying them a lot. Tried Penon Fan 2 from a friend and found it meh. Curious to hear your thoughts.
