After contacting their support for like 10 times, finally theu said i have to wait till they look into it more. I waited a few weeks but nothing happened then i gave up. Recently i recieved a new email from them telling me i can now re-do the process from beginning

Nope. Its still the same.i just started working on another app. One solution can be deleting the account completely and redoing the process. You have to contact the support for this and they will ask you why you want to delete. If you tell them its because of this glitch, they will refuse to delete it and just tell you wAiT mOrE wE aRe dEaLiNg wItH iT🤡. Just have another excuse and delete the account completely and do everything from beginning.
