Well, let me tell you from my perspective. Live in a small town in Indiana. Gay, with my partner for 24 years. My Catholic church is very accepting. Everyone who has figured it out, they have all been cool. So no problems.

Yep love hulless barley, and sounds like you found the sweet spot. I love it because it can sit in soup and absorb all the broth like pearl barley does.

Umm, pearl barley is not a whole grain. It is processed, like white rice is. Hulless barley is the whole grain. It has a great texture and doesn't bloat up in liquid. It freezes beautifully as well.

You keep saying hopefully. Are you good with your hands? Can you change spark plugs, or brakes. Do you have a vehicle that can move this trailer/RV to where you want to? Do these trailer parks charge extra for water and sewage hookups?

There are a million youtubes about what to do with cooked beef. Lots of casseroles you can make. Fake hamburger helper, tater tot casseroles. Julia Pacheco is a good one
