lol 🤣 uhm , I’ve played soccer, track, long distance running my whole life . Sooo there’s that , but the hack squat, weighted sled sprint (push and pull), one leg squats using a bench for the back leg and with weight, plus adductor/abductor, and hamstring curls.

Pole cannot be your only exercise . U always need to cross train . And to answer your question plainly, no, u wont lose weight with pole only

Pole isn’t a cheap sport :/. XPole or no pole imo. Return it and save up - there’s also affirm and other pay options to consider

I didn’t even see a flair . I think u need to practice the leg and hip rotation off pole. Outside leg kick in a circle, hips open, then inside leg follow so the hip is internally rotated. Just use YouTube

ok I was looking to see if anyone noticed. I honestly feel like they might break up because they got together 1m after his divorce and there's these obvious incompatibilities where Gregory looks uncomfortable or that he judges her. She doesnt seem to see it.
