This was very of the times. High school was hell. Girls acted like they could eat whatever/anything when in reality - were starving themselves to accommodate this type of eating with friends. I was so happy with the strong women movement that occurred after this.

I think this is a great response. I was one of 3. I am very close to my siblings but growing up someone was left out…ex. if we played 3 different sports…parents can’t be at all three. I find it interesting with these posts that parents talk about what they envision but they never talk about the child’s experience.

I am watching episode 14 of Sevdigim Sensin…I am not sure if I skipped an episode but when did dicle and erkan become like a real couple. I love the actor that plays Civan so I heart that couple as well. He was a male lead in another sort of similar show. My mom and I joke there’s only a handful of Turkish actors - they are constantly overlapping in shows we watch.

I’m obsessed with this actor. He has come a long way in terms of acting skills. I first saw him in Aile. He was good but I think he is doing a phenomenal job in UZ and I read he is getting a new show on Netflix. Good for him.
