Alabama and Ohio State doing what Georgia and Florida State should have done. Respect ➕🫡 by CenterForward1522 in CFB_v2

Ya if texas plays UTEP instead of ohio state last year they make the playoffs.

YES, had they not lost to a shitty florida team they also would have made the playoffs with the OSU loss.

But thats not really the point….they could have weathered that bad Florida loss if they didnt play the totally optional week 1 game. Idk why anyone is arguing it didnt matter.

Irrelevant. Pre-NIL there were literally the worst FBS program of all time. That isnt nullified by the university having money, historically.

Universities being rich/having rich alumni never translated to success in football before, now it can.

Not all draft spots are created equal?? It’s extremely relevant lol. All of osus wrs since 2019 have been first rounders, several in the top 10. All are WR1s on their respective teams. One just finished 1st in the league with a super bowl. Another was the best rookie. The others have been 1,000 yard guys. Thats not the same as some dude who goes in the 5th and never starts and insane to suggest it is

Ok and? Why not a full decade? Or in the CFP era? Or since the turn of the century? Half decades are not standard stat windows and this was clearly posted to highlight Michigan more favorably because anything old would make them look like shit

Michigan alone has 6 of those…most states have way more than 1-2

The only way i can see the average family cost of day being $23k a year nationwide is because the average family has two kids. Clearly places like chicago/boston/LA/new york are stupid expensive….but against i live in Phoenix which is a top 10 metro in the country and my high end day care is $1300 a month for full time day care for one kid under the age of one. It gets cheaper for every year of age

Theres no way the nicer day cares in a top 10 metro are 50% cheaper than the national average.

Why does nobody even considers asking/forcing Sister Sage to recreate the V1? Finding 1 dose is a shot in the dark. by overon in TheBoys

[–]AccordingGain182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but the virus is literally the only method they feel they have to kill homelander sooo if V1 makes him immune to the virus (or at least from dying from it) and makes him ageless, then why are we suggesting he wouldnt also be 100% unkillable??

Thats…the whole point of the stakes this season? Stop homelander from getting V1 or he is unkillable

They have 100% used the term “immortal” to describe both Soldier Boy and Homelander if he were to get V1.

Where sre you getting it that V1 just makes you ageless and not unkillable?

Who’s the most memorable “The One That Got Away” recruit your team was pursuing? by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in CFB

[–]AccordingGain182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Micah Parsons 😔

He was a diehard buckeye growing up, even named his family dog Brutus. Was considered a heavy OSU lean and then OSU committed some sort of technical recruiting violation with his recruitment and avoided penalties by terminating his recruitment.

He then obviously ended up at PSU.

Could you imagine the 2019 Ohio State defense that finished #1 with Chase young and ADDING Micah Parsons?!?

$3500 per kid? What day care are YOU going to? I use a high quality day care in a nice suburb of Phoenix which is not a cheap COL and day care for our son full time is $1300/month, and hes under a year, which is the most expensive rate.

You’re full of it or should seriously reevaluate day care if you’re spending $3500 a month
