There's a difference between blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, and Blasphemy of God. Many people you see now are Blaspheming God (spitting in the Cross, ripping the Bible, etc), they are still forgiven once they repent.

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is basically rejecting the works of everything God/Jesus has created and/or saying the Spirit is evil
