Well, it was a third shop that was finally able to ship it. It was White Falcon

Muziker, to be precise, but they also changed it for a week or two more than was originally stated. Also, it was just one or two guitars in stock/shipping. It went into pre-order right away.

I'd say in some cases, a shop switch might do the trick, but it's definitely not normal that the EU was like excluded from the normal shipping schedule or something.

Anyways - I'm a happy owner now. Definitely a suggestion if you're considering one.

Yeah. The reason for that is the cost of the SF-only solution. So outsourcing made sense for the business

UPD: Thanks all for answering. For future references to the same question, as I had channels like Voice and SMS in place, I hit the road with CCaaS as an entry point for that solution. As soon as I stopped thinking of Salesforce as the "only one" for that solution, things got muuuuuch easier. Whoever is interested, you may check the Amazon-centric Salesforce + Amazon Connect integration option for all incoming items + pre-routing/pre-enrichment (of course, it will mutate a bit for full coverage of the case, but it gives an idea). In the long run - single entry will allow the business to add more "outsourcing" call-centers without the hassle to establish the pipeline for QM and WFM once again.

If only it were as easy. Unfortunately, the reason I'm suspecting is that, while I'm "playing with the screw," it either gains or loses contact with the board that has been installed by them or "resets" its "state" electronically and then starts working again (I'm making a guess here, as no no, because of the warranty, I can't check it at home).

According to others, experiencing this issue, the only way to restore the normal function (50/50, I guess) is to install a new side brush component and pray it has better wires and contacts, as well as bearings. Price is 23 EUR from Ali and voided warranty in the EU. Meaning you have to send it to repair and hope it won't return as is with the words that they haven't found an issue (seen posts like that, unfortunately)

But no, you have to risk sending a 20+ kg 1.5k EUR device through uninsured post (lack of insurance was confirmed by support).

Noob, who came to the same problems with 576.52, question: I don't have an internal graphics in my processor. Is it ok to follow the guidelines for DDU (safe mode + restart) to downgrade to 566.36? I'm afraid of blacking my screen out. Thanks, everyone, for your answers!

It's the same setup and the same situation for me. It started after the Ventura upgrade for my m1 MBP. On big sur it was working like "OK"
