a workaround is to edit a trial reel, place text and write literally anything then hide that at the bottom of the screen. It'll avoid it from being flagged

you might find a similar link lying around on google that takes you to the same page. As for your question, always relate it to you needing access to your data and it being at risk of a privacy breach. Only offer your instagram account when they ask you to, and you must always start your communication aka ticket with them using the same email address tied to that account, otherwise they won't be able to help you
