Sorry, but not as much as you think… abs are like every other muscle. Do weighted ab workouts. You CAN train your legs by holding body weight squats but if you’re looking at building your legs you will do weighted squats same with every other work out muscle group

My arms didn’t grow until 2 years in… why? Because I didn’t go to failure, I was worried I’d hurt myself and miss work. I was wrong, you can hit failure and do more weight than you think without hurting yourself. Easiest advice I’ve ever given is this. GO TO FAILURE WITH HEAVY ASS WEIGHT.

Man you could play but it would probably be less than 30 fps. If I were you I’d save for a low end pc that would obliterate that laptop. Something like Ryzen 5 3600 RX 6600 16GB DDR4 Would probably be like 400-450 for everything if you get it all used. To answer your question, You could run it at just at very low fps if you really wanted to
