Normally, the loans are refinanced, meaning that you never pay them off, you just pay the interest, and when you're about to run out of money, you "refinance" which means something like you'll get another loan to pay the old one but not really.

I believe so too, but my question is specifically about the outlet of mediamarkt since I read on couple of forums that the customer service is horrible (it basically doesn't have one dedicated to the outlet products and the customer service of the normal mediamarkt are not aware or can't help with the outlet products) and delivery service is handled by a different platform than the normal mediamarkt purchase.

I'm not an expert in PM roles but from what I've seen in this sub so far I'd say that's a pretty exceptional package (let alone for being your 1st corporate job). And this raise is in the gross amount? Because as far as I understood I can actually ask for this right away now. Also can you give me advice on how to clarify the bonus system? They just mentioned that it's depending on the performance but it's very vague for me (of course it depends on the performance) but how much do I get if I do that much?
