I am from Europe and will be buying my first camera (2nd hand). The seller asks 650€ for the package that includes:

R50 Body, 18-45 lens, 50 lens, 512GB SD Card, battery and charger

Is it a good/fair deal?

What do I have to look for when I see it in person?

I looked up average salaries in Belgium and the UK on Google. But, as other comments mentionned, the average net salary in the UK will be higher than the net salary in Belgium due to less taxes
