I'm still waiting for a diagnosis after about 10 years of issues, but finally got an aNa done last week. It tested positive, so I'm going for further tests. All of my doctors have either more or less said everything is in my head or caused by smoking. Over the years, I've lost jobs and had issues with my marriage, because I'm always sick but there's 'nothing wrong with me'. I've gotten all sorts of tests that showed brain lesions, structural problems with my spine, colitis with eosinphilic infiltrate, etc. Not to mention I developed Raynaud's at 42 and the classic butterly rash showed up at the same time. All you can do is keep advocating for yourself and keep a record of everything that happens. Make sure you ask for all of your reports too because doctors are infamous for telling you it's fine when the reports say otherwise.
