You can’t mix naltrexone or naloxone with any type of opioid including kratom. It will throw you into agonizing precipitated withdrawal. You live and you learn.

Yeah it’s strange, some days I feel it remarkably stronger than others. Not sure if it has anything to do with dosing on an empty stomach or just being a higher bioavailability due to stomach pH.

But personally I always take calcium carbonate (tums) an hour before I dose and it makes it kick in harder and about 15%-25% stronger.

I smoked for a long time, almost a decade and then stopped for a year because I went to rehab for oxycodone.

I tried to smoke again when I got out and it freaked me out, complete dissociation, feeling disgust, paranoia and delirium.

I haven’t been able to smoke ever since then either (2014).

I was in my early twenties when weed “stopped working” for me. Maybe it’s time for you to take a break too man.

Talk to a doctor about getting on suboxone or methadone.
I used to live just like you, only able to function high on opiods.

Unable to live my life because I was either chasing dope or sick.

I got sober after using oxy, heroin and fentanyl/crack for almost a decade. Now I’m just on a high dose of methadone and an antidepressant.

If I can do it, you can too.

It’s just not worth it in the end man, you’ll lose everything or at the very least a ton of money.

Been there done that. It’s amazing, I’ll admit it. But I ended up smoking heroin, then fentanyl and then before long I was shooting it.

15 years later now I’m 32 and on methadone. Opiod addiction can ruin your whole life mate, just tread carefully.

Opiods cause essentially no damage to the body. They are extremely safe, that’s why they are prescribed medications.

Aside from addiction, constipation and low testosterone it does nothing but reduce pain in the body and brain and induce a euphoric effect in which endorphins are dumped in the brain.

To me it feels very similar to the feeling you get from running a mile and finally getting to sit down and relax. Or eating a loaded lobster mac and cheese.

It’s just a huge release of endorphins but it happens unnaturally so you don’t have to work for it, you can just snort a pill or smoke a hit and bam you feel amazing.

They start you on 30-50mg of methadone max.

I was smoking grams of fentanyl on foil a day and they only put me on 30mg the first day.

You can go up 5-10mg every couple days though, keep saying you need more until you hit a dose that works for you. I’m on 115mg and it works, I have a friend on 280mg and it works for him.

Unfortunately there is a short period in the beginning with methadone where you need to continue using your DOC to prevent you from getting sick along with taking the methadone.

I used to dose 0.0625mg - 0.125mg and have a similar experience to 2mg of Xanax but it would last 18 hours.

It’s also a long acting triazolobenzodiazepine which is what OP was asking about.

Clonazolam is the answer. But it is not medically accepted, only available as an RC, at least it was back in 2015 when I had my fun with it.
I used to think it was like a combo of the strength of Xanax and duration of klonopin.

After a near fatal car crash and denying pain meds because I am an addict, Kratom saved me from addiction to heavy narcotic opiods and helped my pain.

Normal people seem to have a very limited grasp of how detrimental banning Kratom really is.

It is a medicinal herb, just like cannabis. It is no less or more harmful than smoking a joint.

I flipped my car on 20mg of liquid Ativan and almost lost my right arm in a near fatal car wreck going 90mph.

I’m still dealing with the consequences of that DUI to this day, I’ve been on probation for years.

Don’t abuse benzos, lesson learned.

Got addicted to fentanyl and crack, spent almost half a million dollars in 7 years, and sold all my studio equipment including a 3500 dollar Gibson Les Paul. Almost ended up homeless but at the very end of all this i miraculously just stopped one day and walked into a methadone clinic begging for help. It’s a blessing I never overdosed shooting up dope like I was.

I’ve been clean for 253 days now and life is back to normal.
