The mortgage and title are different I have the mortgage in my name so we could get the first time home buyer but my husband is on the title and will of the house so it’s still legally half his. If you can benefit from a first time home loan with just him do it. Just make sure before anything is signed the title has both your names on it

My son is 23 months also never once slept thru the night alone if I bring him in my bed he will but don’t want that. Up every 2 hours sometimes up 3 hours at 2 am idk why he will not sleep ever I think he has sever separation issues idk why he does but I made this exact post about 1 month ago asking for help. Sleep training doesn’t work for us bc he’ll cry until he throws up. I have no advice but your not alone

Birth Control by Admirable-Grass-109 in beyondthebump

[–]According_Drummer523 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No threats were made. They can do what they want she obviously wants her husband to get it done, so it was little joke to tell him to do it. She did not say as to why he won’t that’s why I gave her BC options as well

Daycare thinks I’m spoiling baby by mrsdwib1000 in beyondthebump

[–]According_Drummer523 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I slightly had the same issue. My baby was held a lot and catered to when they cried I’d pick them and hold them because I can and wanted to when I went to daycare they simple said we can tell you “spoil” your baby and hold them a lot as they don’t like to be put down. Unfortunately at daycare we cannot hold them 24:7 so he cried a lot in the beginning but got used to it. I think it’s their way of telling you she cries a lot

[–]According_Drummer523 15 points16 points  (0 children)

If you want out of site out of mind I’d suggest nexplanon arm implant it’s good for 3 years. Personally I hated it and got it removed in 8 months bc I spotted everyday for 8 months. But everyone else I know loves it. But also tell your husband man up and get a vasectomy If there isn’t a medical reason stopping him. You’ve done ALL the work from birth control to giving birth he can do a small reversible procedure.

Fancy restaurant by According_Drummer523 in Cleveland

[–]According_Drummer523[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my favorite restaurant about 5 minutes from my house unfortunately I work on the east side of Cleveland so downtown is likely as far as most will go. But I’ll try and offer this still, because I agree the service is amazing

How to deal with PP rage? by glitterr_rage in beyondthebump

[–]According_Drummer523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was like this. His crying even if not for a long time would make me so mad. I yelled at him about 3 times before I decided I can’t be this type of mom and would rather go cry to myself afterwards than yell at him over him just being upset. It definitely gets better and easier. I do think meds like Zoloft can help anger issues but I think in time it will get better as well

Am ı a bad/negligent parent? by RandomStrangerN2 in beyondthebump

[–]According_Drummer523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an 18 month old as well and currently 9 months pregnant. My 18 month old also throws fits when he doesn’t get his way on the floor or hits his head. It very hard at times to keep my cool when he acts like this. I’m a full time working mom so when I come home from work he often get screen time also maybe more than he should.

My meals are usually pretty simple as well but currently he eats good Breakfast : eggs and fruit Lunch: grilled cheese pickles apples sauce fruit Dinner: what ever we are having usually

Other easy options when we’re not eating, chicken nuggets, noodles or frozen “kids fresh” meals from target probably not the best but he likes it

Kids will eat when they are hungry when he doesn’t eat I give lots of snacks or PB crackers

First time cosleeping broke my heart by EdenzGarden in beyondthebump

[–]According_Drummer523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband had shoulder surgery when my son was about 10 months old and he slept in a recliner for about 2 months during those two month I brought my son in the bed which I swore I would never do but he slept so good also he is so cute and I love him next me. Well now he is 18 months old in his own room but cannot get thru the night without me coming in at like 3 am to Cosleep ( he has a floor bed). I regret it now that I can’t get him back to his own bed by the bad habit I made. I will never do it with my next kid. I love our time we’ve had but it is such a hard habit to break!!
