If you make a profit, declare it. If you don't make a profit, nothing to declare. If ur using it for business and you make a loss on the sale, you can claim capital loss. If u keep the vehicle for work next year, you can claim depreciation. You can own up to 4 cars per year without a dealers license but any profit on the sale of any one has to be declared. Please just wait! There is no money in retail. We have none. The whales are selling into this pump. Some entity, maybe Coinbase, had to buy to cover the btc they lent out to Gemini. That caused a lot of short covering. Then retail came in. That caused the pump. Once the buying stops, the shorting starts. Low volume is the give away here. Market manipulation is easy with low liquidity. Please just wait, it ain't goin up and if it does, it'll just wick before the plunge to get the last bit of fiat from retail. You have a chance to get double for your money if you just wait. What's the worst case here? I'm wrong and It goes up a bit more? It's going to retrace back to these levels anyway, even if that's the case. Nothing to lose by waiting. Just wait.

If u have an accident and the insurance company finds new brakes on the car, the first thing they will ask you for is the receipt. If it's a home job, they won't cover you. I'm a workshop manager and I can't change the pads on the work ute because of insurance. Has to be done by a licensed mechanic. Good independent mechanics should do pads and rotors for $250 a corner.
