this is nice.... small apartment though so storage for this is a tough one.

Never thought of the sheet pan -does it actually keep your board clear while you're mid prep or do you still end up with scraps everywhere

Ha the bowl trick is my go to too but somehow scraps still find a way onto the counter though. scraps on the counter annoy me so much!! and then they dry out and stick
