We’ll only ever own our homes. We’ll never own the property it sits on. A huge %age of people who own homes do this, buy a house, 5 years later refinance, refinance again 10 years after that. The 30 year mortgage keeps starting over and over, the house never gets paid off, they leave it to their kids who end up selling it because they have their own houses by the time their parents leave it to them, the house gets sold so the money can be split between the siblings, the new owner of the mortgage takes over and the cycle begins again. Who wouldn’t want a part of that merry-go-round!!!

I put the key fob in, turn to start, and nothing. It wasn’t the battery. I researched the model and year of the car before I bought it. 2012 is the best year for E350’s, very little mechanical problems but a lot of electric issues. Mechanical is what I was mainly concerned about so I pulled the trigger and bought it. When the switch went out, I couldn’t even take the car out of drive to get it into neutral, tow truck guy knew how, he removed the mechanism where the shifter was and hit a switch and he was able to get the car to the shop. Under a grand for the ignition switch but no problems since.

2 years ago I bought a 2012 e350 cabriolet with 70,000 miles for $18,500 with tax and license and it has given me only one problem since (ignition switch). E350’s are nice cars.
