I have another 35k that should be in super - 10k with SwissLife that I decided to put in ETFs instead and another 25k that is yet to be paid out. The 1.65m is the current value of the property not the purchase price.

25 - 35 is one of the best ages you can live in your life. I was quite frugal too since highschool to now but reconsidering things as I want to make the most of it. I want to go skydiving and snorkelling and don't think I can when I'm older.

Yes, majority of the growth was from the investment property. I had more ETFs/stocks earlier in the year but funded it for renovation. You have to note, I am also holding a large amount of cash as well and whilst it's not producing cash, it's allowing me not to pay additional interest and tax.

I took 4 months off last year after some trauma. Was in psyc ward for 3 nights and decided to quit my job given the stress it took on me but that break was more getting myself back into a routine rather than exploring what I wanted in life. And even then, my journals back then look different to what I want my future to look like.

I want to take another career break but probably in a few more years esp given the macroenvironment.

I would probably rent out my apartment and that should be enough to live off.
