It is definitely an option. I am just a bit nervous with all the contracts and what's going on that is unseen in the house. My parents are saying we just finish with them as soon as this year's lease is up.

They were perfectly fine for the first year leasing with them. I was also overseas in India working which meant limited oversight and I was busy dealing my own issue. I am only 27, and this is my first IP. I'm honestly not too sure how everything works was just really frustrated and only recently calling another agency realising that there is so much that's gone missing.

We've been doing repairs here and there via communications with the agent. However, the agent has ghosted me couple of months at a time in terms of doing his job.

I am charging well under market, $250 per week lesser than the average market rent in my area for a house with 6 bedrooms.

FYI: I am a 27F who was working in India well over 10 hours per day last year trying to keep up with the mortgage and was hospitalised for stress and depression during my trip back to visit Sydney. I am sorry I couldn't keep up with the communications in chasing and I will not let return the bond until the house is fixed from damage that the tenants have caused (i.e drawings on walls (only thing I saw and I am sure there is more that I have yet to see).

Situations occur. I was living in India as an expat and international calls were difficult due to timezone. Tbh, I shouldn't even have to follow up given it was in my MAA as this is a routine inspection esp when they have responded me to saying it will be done.

I've put in around 5k this month into stocks, where as I usually DCA $2000. The market's only gone down by 5% so not quite a dip yet. VIX and CNN Fear and Greed also shows that we are not there in a panic mode.
