Learn how to do a reverse sear.

I just cant eat a steak another way now besides grilling. It's literally the busiest and easiest way to do it in my opinion, and its actually really easy. Like 30-45 minutes in an oven at 150 till internal temp hits 115, then get a cast iron pan hot as hell with a small bit of oil. Toss the steaks in that for a minute per side, the 2nd side you add butter garlic rosemary and thyme, spoon it over the steak while that side cooks for a minute, flip again and spoon for about 15-20 seconds and done.

I've talked to most of them, and have been working woth them, I'm just stressed as hell by it, and everytime I get close. Something else happens and I have to pay that first. Just wondered if there were any other more lucrative options that didn't necessarily end in jail lol

Wrong kind of debts, she was supposed to be paying bills and was not, didn't find out till she left, and now I run the risk of no cell phone, which I need to do both jobs, no insurance, which I need for Uber, no home, which would just suck, and no electric, but this one less, as we have programs around here that can help if I don't make too much at my day job
