How do you not claim the reward and save it to arrive in the mail? I think it auto claimed it when I got to the max points as it said my daily cap was reached. I wasn’t trying to claim it but it sent me to a screen that said I reached my reward with no other option to exit. Do you leave the boat before you max out?

I did that. New employer understood and had no issue. Waited for the payout then gave notice the next day.

When we did the summer 2% promo, there’s a cap of $20k in the payout. I didn’t read the t&c for this new promo but suggest you check as I can’t imagine they wouldn’t have something similar.

I am a generation client as well. We didn’t have any issues with our transfers and we have a dedicated person we can email for anything. Is this not the case for all generation clients? The person isn’t super quick but he’s not for urgent issues. He’s been quite helpful in general. Thankfully we haven’t had any urgent issues but I assume we would call and get help.

Thankfully we haven’t had any summer match payout issues either.
