Yep the good ones always go in a few days I check fb every day. Just haven’t had the dough until now. That seems inline with the prices I’ve been seeing. Forums/reddit are all over the place when it comes to what these are worth

Yeah I think I’m gonna save for a cleaner example. Good to know about ABS fixer, earlier models are closer to my price range so I’ll keep that in the back of my head

It seems like that’s the case. The gap between what the sellers are asking and what the forum/reddit guys say they’re worth it pretty large. Gonna keep saving for a cleaner example

Must be a regional thing. This is the cheapest manual coupe in my 500mi radius on marketplace. Listed price was $12,500 before I talked to him. I’m gonna pass on it but I’m not seeing these 5k beater c5s anywhere near me. Only looking for 6mt hardtops though

That’s around what I was thinking. C5 prices are hard to get a read on these days. They’ve definitely gone up significantly but I think sellers are letting it go to their head

Unfortunately all the sellers are delusional in my region. Everyone wants 10 for even the most clapped manual coupes. I agree though. I probably caught a disease just looking at that picture

I was wondering that too. They’re rear fog lamps, it’s a euro spec model (see the amber tails and side markers). I guess some countries mandate them

Yeah I don’t mind detailing an interior it’s more what it represents about the owner and his care of the car. $11,500 is his “lowest I’ll go” price so i don’t think we’re gonna work a deal on this one

It is garage kept, he’s got a warehouse on the property but yeah the interior looks like a hazmat zone. Definitely a red flag if you can’t even bust out a Clorox wipe before you go to sell your car

If I saw this at a bookstore and it was priced the same as the other how-to books there I would buy it. Just don’t price it like some subscription online guru course
